This Refund Policy applies to purchases of tickets and add-ons for The 2026 AI Summit for Credit Unions and Banks (the "Event") made through https://www.aisummitforcu.com, sold by Saturn Infotech Inc.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Event ticket purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
2. How to Request a Refund Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund: - Visit https://paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or - Email us at sales@aisummitforcu.com and we will assist you with the request.
3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling If Saturn Infotech Inc cancels the Event, you may request a refund through Paddle as described above. If the Event is rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives such as a credit toward the new date or a refund through Paddle.
4. Add-On Purchases Add-on purchases follow the same 30-day money-back guarantee described above. Requests are processed through Paddle.
