The 2026 AI Summit for Credit Unions and Banks – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in The 2026 AI Summit for Credit Unions and Banks (the "Event") hosted by Saturn Infotech Inc. By registering for or attending the Event, including any add-on registration that includes this Event, the individual registrant ("Attendee") and their employer (if applicable) agree to be legally bound by the following terms. Attendees must be at least 18 years of age and certify their eligibility to participate.
1. Content Disclaimer and Responsibility for Verification The content delivered at the Event is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional, legal, or financial advice. Attendees and their employers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and applicability of any information presented. Saturn Infotech Inc, its speakers, and affiliates do not warrant or guarantee any outcomes resulting from the use or application of this content.
2. Recording and Materials Usage Recording of any session in any format, including audio, video, or screen capture, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Saturn Infotech Inc. All Event content, including presentations, materials, and handouts, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit written permission.
3. Ownership and Use of Materials Saturn Infotech Inc retains exclusive ownership of all materials, including digital content and audiovisual recordings. Attendees and their employers may not distribute, disclose, or reuse any Event materials or media in any format without written approval.
4. Media Release and Consent to Recording By participating in the Event, Attendees grant Saturn Infotech Inc the unrestricted, perpetual, and worldwide right to record, photograph, use, edit, and distribute their image, voice, name, and likeness captured during the Event for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation or notification.
5. Health and Safety; Assumption of Risk Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending an in-person event, including but not limited to exposure to illness or injury. By attending, Attendees and their employers release Saturn Infotech Inc, its affiliates, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of or related to personal injury, illness, or adverse health outcomes incurred at or during the Event. Attendees agree to comply with all local, venue, and CDC-recommended health and safety protocols.
6. Attendee Communications and Data Sharing By registering, Attendees consent to receive communications from Saturn Infotech Inc and relevant third parties regarding the Event. Saturn Infotech Inc reserves the right to share limited contact information (name, title, organization, email, phone number, etc.) with Event sponsors and partners for legitimate business purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details about how we collect, use, and share personal information.
7. Payments, Billing, and Merchant of Record Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, which govern payment, billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, and refund mechanics. Saturn Infotech Inc does not store payment card details.
8. Modifications to Terms Saturn Infotech Inc reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted on the Event website at https://www.aisummitforcu.com/event-terms-and-conditions. Continued participation or registration implies acceptance of the latest version.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability The Event is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Saturn Infotech Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Saturn Infotech Inc nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Event.
10. Event Changes, Cancellation, and Force Majeure Saturn Infotech Inc reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event, including content, speakers, schedule, or format. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond Saturn Infotech Inc's control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or venue unavailability), Saturn Infotech Inc will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative participation options, such as transfer or rescheduling. Refund eligibility in these scenarios is handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's Refund Policy.
11. Refunds Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy and in Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). Refund requests are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To submit a refund request, visit https://paddle.net or contact sales@aisummitforcu.com and we will assist you.
12. Speaker and Program Modifications Saturn Infotech Inc reserves the right to change the speaker lineup, session topics, or schedule as needed. Such changes are addressed under our Refund Policy.
13. Use of Company Name and Logo By registering to attend the Event, the registrant grants Saturn Infotech Inc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the registrant's organization name and logo solely to identify the company as a participating organization. This includes usage on the Saturn Infotech Inc website, event-specific website, promotional materials, and post-event communications. Logos may be obtained from publicly available sources or provided directly by the registrant. Saturn Infotech Inc reserves the right to decline or remove any organization name or logo at its sole discretion. This usage is for informational and promotional purposes only and does not imply endorsement or sponsorship. If a registered organization prefers not to have its logo displayed, it may request removal by contacting Saturn Infotech Inc at sales@aisummitforcu.com, and the logo will be removed within a reasonable timeframe.
14. Acceptable Use Attendees must not misuse the Event or related digital services, including by engaging in unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, infringement of intellectual property rights, attempts to interfere with security (including malware, probing, or scraping), or any conduct that disrupts the Event or other Attendees. Saturn Infotech Inc may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
15. Indemnification Attendees and their employers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saturn Infotech Inc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the Attendee's or employer's participation in the Event or violation of these Terms.
16. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DuPage County, Illinois. Before initiating legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If legal action is initiated and Saturn Infotech Inc prevails, it shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Any dispute initiated more than one year after the Event shall be deemed waived.
17. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. An unenforceable clause will be replaced with one that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
18. Final Review All Attendees are responsible for reviewing the most current version of these Terms and Conditions prior to the Event located at https://www.aisummitforcu.com/event-terms-and-conditions. Participation constitutes full acceptance.
